Shipping policy

All orders will ship within 2 - 4 business days.

All custom orders are handmade and I will attempt to have it shipped within 7-10 business days.

Business days are Monday-Friday.

Our shipping rates start at NZ$10 and go up by weight, size and destination.

We are not responsible for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen during shipping. We would love to personally deliver each and every one of your packages safely, but once it leaves our studio it is completely out of our hands.
